2. Click on the Register button on the right corner of the screen
3. Fill in Your Details, (Mobile Number and password) then Click get Registration Code
4. Enter the SMS verification code that was sent to your mobile phone number to complete the registration Process.

 

You can also Simply SMS the word ‘JOIN’ to 23511. This process is completely FREE.

2. Enter your details (Mobile Number and password) and click on login button.

 

How to Deposit to Tucheze via M-Pesa

1. Go to M-Pesa Menu on your mobile Number
2. Select Lipa na M-Pesa.
3. Select Pay Bill.
4. Enter 5802003 as the Business Number (PayBill Number).
5. Indicate Account number as Tucheze.com
6. Input the amount
7. Enter your M-Pesa PIN and send.
8. You will receive an SMS confirming the transaction.

 

How to Withdraw from Tucheze Account Wallet

Simply click on ‘My Account’ from the left menu then select ‘withdraw’, enter the amount you wish to withdraw then again click on ‘Withdraw’.

To withdraw through SMS, send a text to 23511 using the format; W#Amount.

 

 

How to Reset your Tucheze Password

If you do not remember your password, select ‘Login’ then click on ‘Reset Password’ Enter your account number and click on ‘Get Reset Code’. You will receive a reset password code via text message. Input the confirmation code then set a new password for your account.
