- Bets on live events cannot be cancelled
- You may request the cancellation of no more than three (3) bets per day

Tax on Wininngs on BetSafe Kenya
All winnings from settled bets are subject to a withholding tax of 20%.The tax shall be deducted from your winnings and collected by us for remittance to the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA). Therefore, the actual payout that you receive will be after tax (i.e. winnings – tax).
PostPoned/Rescheduled Fixtures and Games on BetSafe Kenya
- If a match is postponed, all single bets will stand if the match takes place within, but not including, 24 hours of the scheduled kick off time. This will be the case unless the venue of the match is altered.
- Any bets where the outcome has been decided will be settled (First half winner/first goalscorer). All other bets will be void regardless of the score at the time.
