How to Make a Deposit

1. Log in to your UGA Bet account.
2. Click the Deposit button at the top of the page.
3. Choose your deposit method (MTN or Airtel Mobile Money).
4. Enter the amount (minimum 500 Ushs, maximum 5,000,000 Ushs).
5. Click Deposit, then confirm the transaction by entering your Mobile Money PIN.
6. Once confirmed, the funds will appear in your UGA Bet account and you can start betting.

Tips:

• Know your Mobile Money PIN before starting.
• Keep your payment confirmation SMS until the funds reflect in your account.
• If using a different mobile number, update it in My Details before depositing.

Possible deposit issues:

• Reached your daily/monthly Mobile Money limit.
• MTN/Airtel system maintenance.
• Rare network outages.

 

How to Make a Withdraw

 

1. Log in and click your profile icon (top right, left of BETSLIP).
2. On desktop: click Profile → Transactions → Withdraw.
3. Choose your withdrawal method (MTN or Airtel Mobile Money).
4. Enter the amount (min 1,000 Ushs, max 5,000,000 Ushs).
5. Click Request Withdraw and wait for processing.
6. If successful, the amount will move from your UGA Bet balance to your Mobile Money wallet.

Tips:

• Check your Withdrawable amount — only winnings can be withdrawn.
• Withdraw whole numbers (e.g., 10,000 Ushs instead of 10,000.32 Ushs).
• Keep some balance if you plan to keep betting.
• Update your Mobile Money number in My Details if it has changed.

How to Reset forgotten Password

1. If you’ve forgotten your password, go to the login page by clicking the Login Instead of entering your details, click Forgotten Password.
2. Enter your registered email address or mobile number, then click Submit.
3. You’ll receive a verification code to reset your password and regain access to your UGABet account.

How to Place Aviator on UGA Bet

1. Place Your Bet – Enter the amount you want to wager or use the slider to set it.
2. Start the Game – Click the start button. The multiplier will begin at 1.0x and increase.
3. Watch the Multiplier – The higher it goes, the more your potential winnings.
4. Cash Out in Time – Click Cash Out before the multiplier crashes to lock in your winnings.
